Noodles with Garlic Sauce

Shred carrots, and shred green onions and ginger

Shred cucumber and parsley into sections

Heat oil in a wok, add shredded ginger and fry until fragrant

Add carrot shreds and fry until soft

Add green onion

Add garlic sauce

You can put in a small bowl of water, dissolve the sauce, stir-fry, and heat the soup to dry

Boil the noodles. Now it’s hot. You can use cold boiling water to cool the noodles. You don’t need to use it if you like hot.

The good noodles are served, add cucumber and coriander

Pour the garlic sauce and carrot shreds, mix well
Tips:
Most of the garlic sauce is not very dry, so don't add too much when adding water. You should harvest the juice as soon as possible. When eating, add it according to your personal taste.
The amount of cucumbers and carrots can be adjusted at will.
