Noodles with Mushroom Sauce

Prepare ingredients

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add the mushrooms and blanch the water until soft

Mince meat, cut shiitake mushrooms into small cubes, chop green onion, mince ginger, and slice garlic

Heat oil in a wok, add minced meat and stir fry until white, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant.

Add shiitake mushrooms, stir fry, add Xiangqi sauce, pepper, a little water, bring to a boil and heat until thick, set aside

Add water to a pot and boil, add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes

Tips:
Don’t cook the noodles for too long, otherwise they won’t be chewy
