Authentic Northeastern Home Stew

Northeast Homemade Stew

1. Wash the cabbage, potatoes, and dried tofu, cut them together and set aside.

2. Wash the ginger and green onions, cut them, and set aside!

3. If there is too much oil, fry the ginger first, and the ginger will taste better! Then put the green onions, continue to fry the green onions, then to the soy sauce!

4. After blasting the pot, pour all the vegetables in together! Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, add salt!

5. When you reach a bowl of water, continue to close the lid and stew!

6. After about 10 minutes of simmering, you can add fine powder according to your preference. Continue to buckle the lid and stew! When the noodles are simmered, they can be out of the pot. This process takes about 10 minutes! If you like spicy, you can put some red pepper pendants, we didn't put it!
