Northeast Sauerkraut Pork Belly

Soak the vermicelli in hot water, shred the sauerkraut

Add water to the pot, add pork belly, dried chili, pepper, aniseed, green onion, sliced ginger, cooking wine, boil to remove the froth, cook on medium-low heat for about 15 minutes, remove the pork belly and cut into slices

Put the sauerkraut into the boiled broth and bring to a boil

Add pork belly slices and stew with salt for about 20 minutes

Add in the soaked vermicelli, simmer for about 10 minutes, serve and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
Sauerkraut simmers for a longer time to taste good
