Northern Anhui Flavor---soybean Sprout Steamed Meat Cake

1. Prepare the ingredients, pick and wash the soybean sprouts.

2. Wash pork, add chopped green onion and mince.

3. Put the minced pork into a bowl and add salt, ginger powder, pepper, white wine, sugar, chicken essence, and sesame oil.

4. Add a little water and beat it up.

5. Put the washed soybean sprouts into an open bowl.

6. Pat the mince into meatloaf and place it on the bean sprouts.

7. Put the bowl in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes on high heat.

8. The steamed meatloaf is ready with a little steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil.

Tips:

Pork is best to use three-point fat and seven-point lean, so that the patty will not taste very chaotic.
