Tips:
1. Do not knead the noodles and noodles of the gingerbread house repeatedly.
2. The wake-up time should not be too long, otherwise it will be too soft and the shape will not look good. Mine is just a bit thick after the time has passed.
3. The icing is not ideal for the first time. In fact, it can be divided into two times. The first time the base and the upper roof can be slightly thicker. For decoration
The icing sugar is freshly used, and the powdered sugar is slightly less, softer, which is good for decoration. Mine is thicker and the decoration is not good.
4. For the decoration on the biscuits to look good, it is better to decorate and glue them first.
5. Be sure to dip the base and dry it in the upper shed. The first time I did it, it collapsed and the windows were hung up.
6. If it doesn't matter if the smaller one is small, my small one will be easy to do. If the big one is not dry enough, it will not be able to support it in the shed.
