Nougat

Prepare all materials.

Peanuts are fried and peeled.

Put the peanuts in the fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to slightly roll the peanuts into two pieces.

Turn on a low fire, melt the butter in a non-stick pan.

Pour marshmallows.

Stir-fry on low heat until the marshmallows are completely melted, turn off the heat, and add milk powder. Stir evenly.

Pour in the peeled peanuts and stir evenly, moving as fast as possible.

Pour into a non-stick baking pan and flatten it by hand.
9.
Let it cool slightly and cut into strips and cut into small pieces.
10.
Wrap it in sugar paper.
Tips:
The pots and utensils for making nougat must be non-stick pots.
