Nougat

While preparing the ingredients, put the peanut kernels in the oven to bake.

Put the peanuts in the oven, roast at 180°C and 150°C for ten minutes, chop them and set aside.

Heat a pan on a low heat, pour in the melted butter, then add marshmallows and milk powder in sequence, and then pour in the crushed peanuts when they are fully integrated. Pour out the non-stick mold, when it is cold, close it and put it in the refrigerator for more than an hour. When you want to eat, take it out and cut it into pieces.

Tips:
Roasted peanuts: Generally, you can hear the sound of peanut peeling. If it takes too long, it will be too short and not crispy. Take it out and dry it. Gently rub the skin with your hand and naturally fall off. Chop it at will with a knife. If it is too thin, it will affect the taste. .
