Nougat

Prepare all materials

Put the peanuts into the oven and heat up and down at 110 degrees for 12 minutes

Add marshmallows

Stir fry until the marshmallow melts

Pay attention to stir fry when adding milk powder

Stir fry until fully mixed

Add peanuts and leave the oven to stir until all the food is mixed

Pour it on baking paper and let it cool for a while before moving it to the nougat shaping tray of French Baker

Roll out to flat in the nougat shaping tray

Tips:
1. I use baby milk powder, if not, you can change to whole milk
