Nougat Cookies
1.
Chop dried cranberries (if you make peanuts, crush the peeled, cooked peanuts).
2.
Cut marshmallows into small pieces, put them in a non-stick pan with butter, and boil them over low heat. Be sure to use a non-stick pan and stir with a spatula (the spatula I use) while boiling.
3.
The butter quickly melted, and most of the marshmallows melted, turn off the heat, and continue to stir with a spatula.
4.
Until it all melts.
5.
Add milk powder and mix well.
6.
Add chopped cranberries.
7.
If you make peanuts, put in crushed peanuts. Anyway, cranberries and peanuts can only be put in the same way.
8.
Mix well.
9.
Spread on a slice of biscuit (for cranberries, use salt-flavored cookies for cranberries and use biscuits with chives for peanuts).
10.
Cover with another biscuit and press to make them fit together tightly.
11.
When the sandwich is cool, it can be boxed. This is a biscuit that can be brushed, so delicious! If you leave it for more days, you can turn it in the microwave for 10 seconds, just as it was when it was just made.
