Nougat Cookies

1. Chop dried cranberries (if you make peanuts, crush the peeled, cooked peanuts).

9. Spread on a slice of biscuit (for cranberries, use salt-flavored cookies for cranberries and use biscuits with chives for peanuts).

10. Cover with another biscuit and press to make them fit together tightly.

11. When the sandwich is cool, it can be boxed. This is a biscuit that can be brushed, so delicious! If you leave it for more days, you can turn it in the microwave for 10 seconds, just as it was when it was just made.
