Nougat (marshmallow Version)

Put the ripe peanuts into the bag, seal the mouth, crush with a rolling pin, and set aside.

Take a non-stick pan, turn on a low heat, melt the butter into a liquid, pour in the marshmallows, and stir until completely melted.

Add milk powder and continue to mix well, don’t over-mix

Add crushed peanuts and continue to mix well
5.
Put the mixed nougat into a baking tray lined with greased paper, and shape it.
6.
When the sugar cools, or the heat is a little bit cooler, it can be cut into chunks and wrapped in sugar paper.
Tips:
Be sure to reduce the heat, if it’s too hot, you can temporarily leave the heat to stir and keep it away
