Nourishing and Activating Blood-yam, Red Date and Corn Soup
1.
Ingredients are prepared.
2.
Wash the yam, peel and cut into small cubes, peel off the shell of the longan, and wash the corn flakes.
3.
Put the washed red dates in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil on high heat, and cook for 2 minutes.
4.
Put the longan into the boil.
5.
Add corn flakes and yam, stir, and continue to cook over medium-to-small heat.
6.
At this point, the corn flakes have basically melted in the soup, and then add the sugar.
7.
After opening, thicken with wet starch, stir evenly, turn off the heat and take out the pot.
Tips:
1. If you don't like the corn flakes to melt, you can put it later.
2. If jujube is used, it will take longer to cook before adding other food materials.
