The amount of water used for the third time decreases sequentially (2000g water for the first time, 1500g water for the second time, 1000-1500g water for the third time)
Boil for one hour the first time, and one hour for the second and third time.

Step 5: Separate the juice and material residue.
The boiled juice is not pure. There are still many small scum in me. So we need to filter it.
We filter the juice twice. Use a filter mesh for the first time, and for the second time use a piece of fine gauze to fold the four-stroke filter gauze twice, and filter the juice from the first filter again. The juice is very pure!

Step 6: The juice that has been filtered three times. Pour back into the pot again, and then pour in the prepared old brown sugar. Turn on high heat until the paste boils and turn to low heat. The paste remains boiling. This process can last for several hours.
There will be a lot of foam during this period. Need to clean out the foam, otherwise it will easily pop out of the pot.
