Nourishing Blood and Beauty-donkey-hide Gelatin Walnut Cream

1`Ejiao is soaked in yellow wine for two days until it is completely melted. Walnut meat and black sesame seeds are fried and ground. Red dates` wolfberry chopped finely. Crush the soil rock sugar.

2` Put Ejiao and wine together in a ceramic ware and steam it with water to completely melt the Ejiao. After the water is boiled, stir it with chopsticks while simmering (to speed up the melting of Ejiao). Add rock sugar and continue stirring until all is melted.

3`Add walnuts, black sesame seeds, etc., and stir them evenly as much as possible. Spread some sesame oil on the cutting board, pour the mixed donkey-hide gelatin, etc. on top, and flatten them with a knife (also apply sesame oil).

Tips:
Don't eat too much Ejiao a day, take about two tablets a day.
