Nourishing Qi and Nourishing Blood-apple Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients (for 1 person): 1 apple, 1 stick of cinnamon (about 5 grams), 15 grams of brown sugar (increase or decrease the amount according to your own taste), 600ML of water

Apples are cleaned with a natural fruit and vegetable detergent, washed with a toothbrush, and washed with cinnamon sticks. Pour water into the pot, add cinnamon sticks, and cook for 5 minutes.
