Nuomi•donkey Rolling [simplified Version]
1.
A bowl of glutinous rice flour ➕ two spoons of white sugar ➕ a spoon of corn oil ➕ a bowl of tap water, stir evenly to make a pancake fruit paste.
2.
Rub oil on a deep dish (anti-sticking), pour the glutinous rice paste, cover with plastic wrap (to prevent water vapor from dripping), bring the water to a boil in advance, put it in 1200 degrees for 20 minutes (control time according to the amount of paste). Once it's cooked, let it cool down. You can stir it with chopsticks.
3.
When steaming the glutinous rice paste, fry the soybean noodles, and stir fry at 1000 degrees until brown. Don't fry it, you can fry more for the next time. Do not add oil to the Griddle.
4.
Sprinkle the fried soybean noodles on the panel.
5.
Put the warm glutinous rice ball on the soybean noodles. It is recommended to wear disposable gloves to clean and prevent sticking.
6.
Press ➕ and roll it to a rectangle, sprinkle with soybean powder on top, squeeze the red bean paste (I didn't take pictures of these because I am wearing gloves), don't have red bean paste on the edge, slowly roll up from one side.
7.
Knife-cutting, it is recommended that the roll be tighter, the knife should be cut smaller, and one bite. Come and eat!
Tips:
1 Use corn oil, no off-flavor.
2 Don't use too much, as soon as you finish eating, it will harden.
