Nutritional Breakfast: Sea Cucumber and Millet Porridge + Short-suffed Small Salted Fish

Soak the big yellow rice and the small yellow rice overnight, soak it before going to bed, and also raise the salted sea fat head fish after cleaning it and soak it overnight.

Tips:
The fat head fish must be drained before deep-frying. For millet porridge, large yellow rice and small yellow rice should be used, and the same taste can be considered.
