Nutritious and Delicious Big Bone Soup

Wash the raw materials for later use

Put water in a pot and add ginger to a boil, put in the blood foam of the big bone, remove and wash

Dry shiitake mushrooms, scallops, and razor clams, soak them in warm water, and cut the corn in half

Put the washed big bones into the pressure cooker and add the sliced ginger

Add shiitake mushrooms, scallops, dried razor clams and soaking water. If the water is not enough, you can add more water to submerge the big bones. Bring to a high heat and turn to a low heat for 20 minutes
