Clean the hairtail and drain the water.
2.
Press the excess water dry with kitchen paper.
3.
Put it into a big bowl.

Add the marinade ingredients (see Tips for details).

Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat the air fryer at 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
7.
Spread the marinated hairtail on the fried fish pan.
8.
Fry for 8-10 minutes.

Marinade: ginger, green onion, pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, steamed fish, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil
1. Dry the water on the hairtail, which is more conducive to the infiltration of the kipper seasoning.
2. The scales of hairtail are very nutritious. I don't think it will affect them. If you are not used to it, you can remove them.
