Instant oats, low powder, white sugar, black sesame seeds, stir evenly with chopsticks

Knead into a dough after mixing well

Use a rolling pin to roll it out, the thinner the better, and use the abrasive tool to make the look you like

Bake at 110 degrees, 25 minutes (according to the temperature of your own oven, use as much as you want to bake the biscuits)
