Oatmeal Fruit Health Porridge

Prepare ingredients for later use, oranges, yacon, and pineapple cut into small pieces (corn kernels are cooked in advance).

Add 800 ml of water to the casserole and bring to a boil over high heat.

Pour in corn kernels, yacon, and oatmeal. After boiling again, change the heat to low, add rock sugar, and stir well. (The casserole must be covered with air holes to prevent it from overflowing)

After cooking for about 20 minutes, the oatmeal begins to thicken. Pour in the wolfberry and stir evenly (so as not to stick to the pan).

Finally, pour the diced oranges and pineapples and mix well. (Oranges and pineapples should not be poured too early to avoid losing nutrients)
