Oatmeal Muffins with Pomegranate Juice

Put the oats, flour, baking powder, and sugar in a container and mix, beat the egg whites, add pomegranate juice and orange peel, pour them into a container with dry ingredients, put raspberries and mix them evenly (do not use force).

If the batter is too dry, add a little bit of cold water or juice, and finally add orange peel.

Put the batter into a greased muffin container. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 3 minutes, and bake for 18-20 minutes in a muffin container.
