For breakfast, come with an oatmeal omelet and some potato shreds. This is my own healthy and delicious fat-reducing breakfast. So everyone eat more oats for our health.

Oatmeal Quiche Roll Potato Shreds

1. Put 100 grams of plain flour and 100 grams of oatmeal in a container

2. Continue to add 4 eggs, mix an appropriate amount of water and a small amount of salt together and stir well to form an oatmeal batter for later use

3. Wash the potatoes and shred them, soak them in clean water for a while; put a proper amount of salad oil in the pot, and put it in a pot of green onion and ginger
