Oatmeal Red Bean Snapper

Raw materials are reserved.

Stir the eggs, sugar and honey well.

Mix low-gluten flour, cornstarch, and baking powder into the egg mixture, and stir evenly with a whisk.

Pour in Myllyn Paras oatmeal imported from Finland, and mix well again.

Add the melted butter and mix well.

After stirring, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes.

Place the taiyaki mold on a gas stove and heat it on a low heat. Use a brush to apply a little butter on both sides of the taiyaki.

Squeeze about 6-7 minutes of batter into the fish body.

Then add about 20g of red bean paste.

Then squeeze the batter on the body and tail of the fish, then close the lid and pinch the handle.

Use medium and small heat for about 1 minute on each side. When you smell the scent, remember to turn it on. If the color feels good, it will be cooked. In order to paint uniformly, it is recommended to keep moving the mold to make it evenly heated.
