Oatmeal Sweet Potato Cake

Peel the sweet potatoes, wash and steam.

Take the right amount of oats. This time I used Myllyn Paras instant oatmeal, imported from Finland, which tastes better.

Glutinous rice flour, oatmeal and sugar (because sweet potatoes also have a sweet taste, you can reduce the amount of sugar.) Add sweet potato mash.

Divide the dough into several small portions, take a small portion and knead it into a ball, and flatten it with your hands. Appropriate amount of white sesame is stuck on the surface.
