Oatmeal Tart

The raw materials are reserved. The oatmeal is the Myllyn Paras whole grain large oatmeal imported from Finland. The oatmeal particles are larger and the taste is better.

Pour whipped cream, milk, sugar and condensed milk into a container, and stir while heating until the sugar melts.

Add the cold tart water to the egg yolk and mix well again.

Finally, sift into the low powder and mix well.

Stir thoroughly, then sieve.

Take an appropriate amount of oatmeal.

Put it in the tart crust.

Pour the tart water into the tart skin, 8-9 points full.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, and then put the egg tarts.

Bake for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.
