Oatmeal Yogurt Salad

Steel-cut oats are whole oats cut into 2 to 3 segments, which completely retains the nutrition and flavor of oats.

Added a little bit of rice.

Wash well and add the same amount of water.

Steam for 25 minutes after boiling the water.

Pour out the steamed oats and add some honey. I used yogurt without sugar, so I added a little honey.

After mixing evenly, put a few medlar and ginkgo.

Homemade plain yogurt, pour into the bottom of the bowl.

Spread the mixed oats on the yogurt and enjoy it.
Tips:
I served homemade plain yogurt, so I added some honey. If you don't want to eat sweet, you don't need to add it. It can also be made with purchased yogurt.
