You don’t need to deep-fry or mold. Oven version of octopus balls.

Octopus Dumplings

1. Frozen octopus feet are thawed and peeled,

2. Cut into sections, also called pellets,

3. Put cold water in Naoshui for 15 seconds for standby,

4. Dice the cabbage and onion, and steam the potatoes on the pot.

5. Add salt and pepper to puree the potatoes,

6. Pour in octopus feet, cabbage, onion, appropriate amount of starch,

7. Mix well and make balls,

8. Bake in the oven at 200° for 20 minutes,
