Octopus in Tomato Sauce

After the hairtail is slaughtered, clean it up, and then cut into about 8cm long hairtail.

Add rice wine, salt, ginger, and pepper in turn, and marinate for 1-2 hours

Pat the flour evenly and pat off the excess dry powder

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, and lay the octopus on top

Fry the octopus until golden brown on both sides

Put a little oil in the pot, pour tomato paste, white vinegar, add appropriate amount of sugar and stir well

Then add the fried octopus segments and stir fry a few times until all the fish segments are wrapped in tomato sauce.
Tips:
After the tomato sauce is cooked, turn off the heat and pour the octopus into it and mix well. There is no need to stir-fry the octopus.
