Oily Cabbage

Cut cabbage into strips, slice ginger and garlic, and set aside oil residue

Put oil in a pot and heat it hot, add ginger and garlic slices and stir fry
3.
Add oil residue and stir fry
4.
Add cabbage and stir fry
5.
Pour in a bowl of water and bring to a boil on medium heat until the soup is dry
6.
Add salt, stir fry and serve
