Oily Gluten Stuffed Meat

Ingredients: oily gluten, minced pork belly

Add minced meat, minced green onion, minced ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and stir in one direction.

Uncover a small piece of gluten, break the tendons inside, stuff it with meat, and then cover it with a lid.

Add the stock to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar and boil. Collect the juice over high fire.

Sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame oil on the pot and you're done~
