Oily Pepper
1.
Prepare half of fine chili powder and half of ground chili with seeds in a bowl.
2.
Then add a tablespoon of white sesame seeds, a tablespoon of chopped peanuts, and a teaspoon of salt to mix well.
3.
Boil rapeseed oil in a pot, add pepper aniseed and other spices when it is warm and fry it until fragrant.
4.
Add sliced ginger, green onions, and garlic.
5.
Fry the yellow on a low fire and remove it, then heat it up on a high fire, and let it stand for 1 minute.
PS: The oil temperature is very important, that is, there is a little green smoke on the oil noodles. Put a chopstick on it and there will be small bubbles but it is not obvious.
6.
Spoon and scoop the oil gradually into the chili powder in step 2 and stir well.
7.
Pour the remaining oil into a bowl and stir well.
8.
Sprinkle a spoonful of vinegar at the end to increase the fragrance.
