Fried Octopus

Wash one hairtail and cut into sections

Cut a few more knives on the front and back sides of the fish body to make it easier to taste. Tear off the fins, the fried hairtail will be smooth and beautiful (the picture was taken before, the fins are crispy after being fried, and they are delicious).

Add 1 small piece of green onion, 2 shredded ginger, five spice powder, white pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1.5g salt, 1g sugar, and marinate for 2 hours.

The marinated fish is dried with kitchen paper and covered with a thin layer of cornstarch.

Add the fish cubes in 60% of the oil and fry until golden brown and out of the pan.

The frying pan is 70% hot, and re-fry it again.
7.
Sprinkle 2g fine chili powder, 1g salt, 1g cumin powder, and 2g cooked peanut powder on the pan.
