Oily Tomatoes

1. Soak the bought small tomatoes in brine for a while to remove the stems and wash them

2. Wipe dry with kitchen paper towels

3. Cut it in half, if it’s bigger, you can cut into four

4. Arrange the chopped tomatoes in the baking dish

5. Put it in the oven at 120 degrees and bake for about 90 minutes, depending on your own oven settings

6. Bake until dry, the middle part is a bit soft, don’t dry out

8. Put the glass bottle in the oven in advance and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes, take it out and let cool

9. Put the small tomatoes and the spice garlic into a glass bottle

10. Pour in olive oil higher than tomatoes, cover and refrigerate for 7 days
