Okara Mooncake

Drink the leftover soy milk residue.

Combine glutinous rice flour, orange flour, and soy milk residue together.

After mixing, use the microwave.

After being cooked in a microwave oven, let it cool, and form a dough into a mooncake crust.

This is sweet bean paste filling made with rock sugar in advance.

Wrap the prepared mooncake skin into the bean paste filling (according to the size of your own mold).

Close your mouth.

Put it in a mold and compact it (just put cooked glutinous rice flour in the mold, I forgot to take this process).
