Old Duck, Barley, Winter Melon Soup

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the barley, put it in a kunbo casserole, add water, bring to a boil, turn to a low heat and cook until.

Wash the winter melon and cut into large pieces for later use.

Rinse the duck and chop it into pieces.

Pour water into the pot, add the duck, boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and drain the water.

In a separate pot, heat the duck that has been poured into the blanching water, and stir-fry on a low heat to get fat.

Pour the ginger slices into the barley pot after draining the oil.

Continue cooking for 1 hour.

Add winter melon and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste according to your taste.
Tips:
Don't add oil to the fried duck, the duck is very expensive and will produce a lot of fat.
