Old-fashioned Pizza

The yeast is dissolved in warm water, put the flour and yeast water into the bread machine, and use the automatic dough stall to make the dough. (The whole journey takes about 2 hours)

Put the prepared noodles on the noodle table and knead to exhaust. Wrap in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to stand for more than 3 hours.

Roll the prepared pizza noodles into a round cake and place them on a pizza pan, and use a fork to evenly distribute the holes.

Spread a layer of pizza sauce, put 1/3 of the shredded mozzarella cheese, evenly sprinkle in the ham, onion, sweet corn, green and red pepper, and finally sprinkle all the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Preheat the oven on the upper and lower heat at 220 degrees. After preheating, put in the pizza and bake for 15 minutes.
