People in Chaoshan all know that "dried radish eggs" are white radishes that are pickled and dried into dried radishes. After the second processing, they can be eaten slowly in jars. The most common way to eat them is to chop dried radishes. It becomes dried vegetables, which is also called "caifu" by Chaoshan people. It is the pickle cakes made from dried radishes and fried eggs with beaten eggs. It is the most mouth-to-mouth pickle when Chaoshan people eat porridge in the morning or supper!

Tips:

1: In order to satisfy customers' tastes in the market, there are spicy and original flavors as well as sweet dried radish. I personally prefer the original flavor!
Some salt is adjusted to heavier when picking. If you can't eat too salty, you need to wash it and drain before using it.
2: The traditional method is to leave out green onions. Personally, I prefer to eat green onions, so I add chopped green onions.
