Old Toast
1.
Tear small pieces of old noodles, add high-gluten flour, sugar, salt, milk, water, yeast, and add them together
2.
After kneading into a slightly smooth dough, add butter and knead until a large film can be pulled out (the dough is very wet, please handle it carefully)
3.
Put the kneaded dough into a fresh-keeping bag, tie it tightly, and place it in a warm place to grow to 2.5 times its size
4.
Take out the dough and let it out, divide it into three equal parts, let in one side and let it loose for 15 minutes, then let the loosened dough out again and roll it into a tongue
5.
Roll it into a tongue shape, and then roll it into a cylindrical shape from top to bottom. After the three dough operations are completed, they are neatly discharged into the toast mold.
6.
Cover the surface with a wet towel, and then put it in a warm place to ferment to 7 minutes full
7.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, put the last layer in the grill, and bake for 40 minutes. When the surface is colored for about 10 minutes, cover the surface with tin foil, and the baked toast should be removed from the mold and placed on the net to cool
