Old Vinegar Peanuts
1.
Prepare the materials as shown in the figure;
2.
Wash the Burmese cilantro and cut into 5mm sections, wash and cut the celery, chop the onion, and chop the millet into rings;
3.
Put the wok on the heat, add peanuts in the cold pan with cold oil and fry them over a medium-to-small fire;
4.
Fry until the peanuts become slightly darker in color, slightly cracked, and the popping noise becomes smaller, then turn off the heat~
5.
Remove the peanuts and drain the oil for later use;
6.
Prepare a larger bowl, add three spoons of balsamic vinegar (boldly put vinegar, don't be afraid to put too much), one spoonful is very fresh, and half a spoonful of white sugar. Stir slowly to dissolve the sugar;
7.
Add appropriate amount of salt, chopped millet spicy and sesame oil to make a vinegar sauce;
8.
Pour in the peanuts and stir evenly, soak for 5-10 minutes to make the peanuts delicious;
9.
Add the cut side dishes and mix well~
Tips:
1. The old vinegar peanuts made this time are spicy with two millets, which has a slightly spicy flavor and tastes even better~
2. Soak the peanuts in the vinegar juice for a few minutes. The peanuts can add more flavor without affecting the crispy texture of the peanuts, but the soaking time should not be too long, preferably not more than 15 minutes, otherwise the peanuts will be " Skin"~
