Onion Mashed Potato Bread

Mix all the bread ingredients and knead until the dough is smooth; cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature to about twice the original dough, which takes about 1.5-2 hours; the fermented dough is vented and divided into two equal parts The dough is relaxed for 15 minutes

The dough is formed into an olive shape and placed in the baking pan

Place the dough in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation to 1.5-2 times its size; in the middle of the oven at 395°F/200°C, bake for about 35-45 minutes. (Note: There is a slight difference between different ovens.)
