Open Sea Tendon and Winter Melon Soup

Wash the winter melon and cut into pieces

Rinse and remove from the ocean, soak the dried trotters with clean water

Prepare broth, chopped green onion, shredded ginger and cooking wine

Cut the tendons into sections, pour into the cooking wine and soak for 15 minutes

Pour the broth into the pot, pick up the open ocean and add it

Add ginger and boil on high heat for 5 minutes

Add winter melon

Pour the tendons, cover and boil, turn to medium-low heat and cook until the winter melon is transparent

Turn on and add salt to taste

Tips:
1. Kaiyang cooking wine soaked for a while can remove the fishy smell.
2. First cook the kaiyang to get the umami flavor and then add the winter melon to taste even more delicious
