Winter melon is most suitable for summer consumption. Winter melon has high nutritional value. It has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification, diminishing phlegm, eliminating irritability and thirst, removing dampness and relieving heat, etc. We like to use winter melon with other ingredients to make soup together. This soup is added Tendons and Kaiyang are not only delicious, but also rich in nutrition."

Open Sea Tendon and Winter Melon Soup

1. Wash the winter melon and cut into pieces

2. Rinse and remove from the ocean, soak the dried trotters with clean water

3. Prepare broth, chopped green onion, shredded ginger and cooking wine

4. Cut the tendons into sections, pour into the cooking wine and soak for 15 minutes

5. Pour the broth into the pot, pick up the open ocean and add it

6. Add ginger and boil on high heat for 5 minutes

7. Add winter melon

8. Pour the tendons, cover and boil, turn to medium-low heat and cook until the winter melon is transparent

9. Turn on and add salt to taste

10. Add chicken essence to taste

11. Add white pepper to taste and turn off the heat

12. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

1. Kaiyang cooking wine soaked for a while can remove the fishy smell.
2. First cook the kaiyang to get the umami flavor and then add the winter melon to taste even more delicious
