Orange Daifuku

Prepare ingredients glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, and milk.

First mix glutinous rice flour and tapioca flour, then add sugar and milk and mix well.

Put it in a pot and steam until it becomes transparent. When it cools a little, add 10g of butter and knead well while it is hot.

Small oranges peeled in advance (no water).

Rub the glutinous rice ball and cut into small pieces (wrapped is better).

The wrapped glutinous rice ball is covered with coconut paste, and it can be cut horizontally to show the orange section.
