Orange Jelly

Cut the oranges in half, scoop out the pulp with a spoon (reserve a few whole orange peels), and squeeze the pulp into juice

Put a little white sugar and 10ml of water in a small pot, cook on low heat until the sugar melts (turn off the heat); pour in the filtered orange juice, stir well and set aside; add 40ml of clean water to the isinglass powder and heat the water to heat the isinglass powder melt

Pour the melted isinglass powder into the orange juice and stir evenly; pour it into a bowl of orange peel, and keep it in the refrigerator until the jelly is completely solidified.
