Orange Juice Lemon Winter Melon Strips

Wash the winter melon, remove the flesh, and cut the thick skin with a knife.

Cut winter melon into strips. Because pure juice is used when marinating later, it is not recommended to pick too much winter melon at once. This time, I made half of the normal household insurance glass bowl.
