Orange Peel
1.
Pick oranges and wipe the surface with paper towels, and there is no obvious color loss or staining. I used rock sugar here, you can replace it with the same amount of white sugar
2.
The orange soaks the surface with salt (salt not indicated in the ingredient list) and scrub
3.
Rinse it off with running water
4.
Peeling, please ignore that my peeling is too imperfect
5.
Use a knife to carefully remove the albuginea, the more you remove the less bitterness
6.
Tear into small pieces or cut into strips
7.
Put it in cold water and boil
8.
Boil, remove and rinse with cold water (repeat steps 7-8 at least 3 times)
9.
After cooking it more than three times, add water and rock sugar again
10.
Add salt after the water is boiled
11.
Boil for 25-30 minutes and remove, and let it dry until the surface feels non-watery and slightly sticky.
12.
The surface is sticky after air-drying, evenly sprinkle with fine sugar and store in a can
Tips:
1. The white part of the orange peel must be removed, otherwise it will be very bitter
2. Repeat the steps of boiling orange zest and showering at least 3 times, otherwise it will be bitter
3. Too dry can not stick to the fine sugar, and too much water to dry the sugar will melt
