Orange Steamed Egg

Cut two oranges from the top and dig out the flesh.

Add two eggs to cooking wine, salt and mix thoroughly.
3.
Add 1.5 times the warm water of the egg and mix thoroughly.
4.
Filter twice with a fine colander.
5.
Pour the filtered egg liquid into the oranges, cover with plastic wrap and boil on high heat and steam for 15 minutes.
6.
Take out the red wolfberry and garnish it.
7.
Finished product.
