Use a whisk to whip 200g of whipped cream until it is soft and foamy, so that the whipped cream becomes thick and the surface appears lines, but the pattern is soft and cannot stand upright.

Put the whipped cream in the refrigerator for later use.

23.
Stir well.
24.
Take out the refrigerated whipped cream and pour it into the beaten cheese paste.
25.
Stir evenly with a rubber spatula to form a cheese mousse filling.
26.
Take out the Oreo cake bottom mold and pour the cheese mousse filling.
27.
Smooth the surface of the mousse filling with a spatula, and then shake the mold twice to shake out the large bubbles in the mousse filling. Put the mold in the freezer of the refrigerator and keep it overnight.
Tips:
When demolding, use the hot air of a hair dryer to blow around the mold, and the mold can be easily demolded.
