Original Egg Tart

Three eggs, use an egg yolk separator to separate the yolk from the egg white, don’t use the egg white

Add starch to the egg yolk (add starch to taste better, if you don’t have it, you can leave it out)

Add sugar

milk

cream

Just use a whisk to break up (the time does not need to be long)

Egg tart crust is ready

Pour the beaten egg liquid into the egg tart crust, eighth full
9.
Put it in the preheated oven, the middle level is 200 degrees for 20 minutes (time depends on your own oven)

The egg tarts slowly turn into the color of tiger skin, and they can be baked after the program is over
