Original Soy Milk

Use the special measuring cup of the soymilk machine to weigh a cup of soybeans, soak the soybeans in cold water overnight in advance, and clean the soaked soybeans.

Pour the washed and foamed soybeans into the soymilk machine, add water to between the upper and lower water levels

Close the machine cover, select wet beans after power on, and then press the "start" button, and the machine will sound a beep and stop for about 20 minutes to indicate that it is ready

Cut off the power, pour out the soy milk and filter with a sieve

When filtering, use a spoon to stir and press the bean dregs on the sieve to speed up the drying. Don’t waste the filtered bean dregs. You can cook them in meatballs or steamed buns and pancakes

The filtered soy milk can be drunk directly or added with appropriate amount of sugar
Tips:
1. Add water between the upper and lower water levels, (the machine will not turn if there is less water, soy milk will overflow if there is too much water)
2. Don't waste the filtered bean dregs, you can cook them as meatballs or steamed buns and pancakes;
3. Soak the soybeans for more than 8 hours. Soak the soybeans in the summer and put the container in the refrigerator to avoid the sour smell during the high-temperature soaking process;
4. White sugar should be increased or decreased according to your own taste, and no sugar is added. Drinking the original flavor is better for nutrition.
